What is Human Growth Hormone?
HGH human growth hormone is produced in the pituitary gland of humans, and is released continually throughout our lifetime. It promotes growth in children and plays an important role in adult metabolism and aging. HgH Human Growth Hormone is a protein made up of a sequence of 191 amino acids, which is produced and released by the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland produces several hormones. The HgH human growth hormone is released in large quantities when we are young. Between the ages of 20 and 65 the production of HgH human growth hormone drops about 25%, release of the hgh human growth hormone may actually drop 90% by the time we are 65. This means that even though our pituitary gland may still produce sufficient levels of HgH human growth hormone the release becomes impaired leading to all sort of age related problems. By the time we are 60, our pituitary gland releases only 15-20% of the HgH human growth hormone that it released when we were teenagers.

What can I do to restore my youthful level of HgH?
The most important things you can do is to follow a program of sensible eating and daily exercise. To maximize the effect of HgH human growth hormone, include fresh fruits vegetables and plenty of water in your diet. To supplement your efforts you should also;
  • Insert HgH human growth hormone in the body with prescription HgH. Use this method particularly if your pituitary gland does not produce a normal amount of HgH human growth hormone for your age.
  • Stimulate the pituitary gland to release the amount of the HgH human growth hormone that it produces with HgH precursors, homeopathic HgH or with HgH releasers.

When should I start taking HgH?
The best age to take HgH human growth hormone is when you take interest in the topic searching for answers to hormone deficiency related problems such as aging, weight gain, menopause, loss of sleep and many others.

Is it safe for children?
HGH human growth hormone supplements are safe but not recommended for children who are able to produce normal levels of growth hormone on their own. In our opinion children should not take any form of hormone without proper medical guidance.

How does HgH human growth hormone work?
HGH human growth hormone travels from the pituitary gland through the general circulation and binds to receptor sites on nearly all cells of the body, though most predominately in liver cells. Once the receptor site is occupied by a molecule of hGH, the liver cell is instructed to produce several messenger chemicals which include IGF-1, IGF-2, and others growth factors. These messengers are responsible for doing the work of HgH. IGF-1 level is used to monitor the growth hormone activity in our bodies.

What are the benefits of Growth Hormone?
HGH human growth hormone stimulates anabolic activity in all areas of our bodies. Increase in muscle mass, thickening of the skin, added flexibility to the skin, enhancement of the immune system, loss of weight through fat redistribution and loss, increase in stamina, improved mental attitude, positive shift in blood cholesterol balance, calcium is deposited in bone, and restoration of virtually all our other glands. All leading to increased disease resistance.

How is Growth Hormone deficiency treated?
Attaining HgH human growth hormone at youthful levels requires an integrated monitored approach. Your nutrition must be a balanced diet including vitamin and mineral supplements. Exercise adequate for your lifestyle and age must also be maintained. Testing is essential to insure that adequate, but not excessive levels are achieved.

What are the side effects of Growth Hormone therapy?
Using excessive dosages of HgH human growth hormone for prolonged periods will initiate bone growth. As the growth plates are fused in adults, this results in a syndrome known as Achromegaly. Some of the other effects include carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, vocal cord thickening, excess fluid, osteoporosis, and heat intolerance. Again, these negative effects can occur with doses that are higher than what your body may produce by itself. When initiating therapy, it is best to start with a low dose and gradually raise it to the therapeutic window of 350-450 ng/ml. Levels need to be monitored every month for the first half year then every two months.

Does treatment of HgH human growth hormone deficiency increase the risk of diabetes or other diseases?
No studies have shown a statistically significant increase in cancer incidence or diabetes in humans.

What is IGF-1?
IGF-1 is Insulin-Like Growth Factor. Liver cells form it when they are stimulated by human Growth Hormone (hGH). It is the compound that is responsible for many of the effects we see from hGH supplementation. It is also known as Somatomedin-C.

Why can't I just measure the HgH level?
HGH is released by the pituitary gland in a series of pulses. One series just after falling asleep, and another about 2 hours after getting up in the morning. The amount of HgH in the blood is very small, and varies rapidly over time. This renders it unsuitable as a monitor of growth hormone activity. IGF-1 is much more abundant, is produced in direct response to HgH human growth hormone, and has a consistent diurnal pattern.

How high should my IGF-1 level be?
The ideal level for IGF-1 should be 300-350 mcg/ml (slightly higher in females). Normally this is the value for 20-25 year olds. Depending on your lifestyle and diet this ideal level may vary widely. Generally the normal values drop about 10% per decade.

How high is too high?
The negative side effects are observed only when the IGF-1 remains over 500 for a period of months.

Why should I get my level checked?
There is no obvious to see what your IGF-1 level is. To get the most out of treatment with any HGH product, it is important to know how each product affects our body. Achieving and maintaining the IGF-1 level in the ideal range insures you that the treatment will produce the results you desire and prevents the possibility of side effects from excessive high levels.

How often should I check my IGF-1?
Every month while therapy is being adjusted then every 3 months.
